HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

I am filled with abundant love and anticipation of all our wonderful good that is to come in this new year. As 2009, a year of mastery, comes to a close I pray that we are each able to “tie up” any loose ends that have been lingering in our experience. Whether it is a person, place, thing, emotional pattern or situation, if it is in our awareness, it is in our awareness to be healed. In psychotherapy we call this “unfinished business.” It is those situations that have yet to be resolved on an inner level. 
 
So I ask you, is there anyone or anything that you have meant to release, forgive, praise, give thanks or embrace with all of your heart? Are there words in your heart that you simply have never said to someone, but would if you knew this was your last opportunity?

This morning the first news item in my awareness was the transition of actress Brittany Murphy. “Humph, just like that,” I thought, “here one day and gone the next.”  For me this news served as a reminder to live each moment to the fullest. Right now, this moment, would you cherish it and live it any differently if it were to be your last? Are there dreams and aspirations in your heart that you wish to bring to life and simply have not taken that first step? If yes, then I encourage you to step. Even better, leap if you can. For if you never jump, how would you know if could fly?
